About Me

Hi, I'm Erica Johnson, a NC, SC & WI REALTOR® based in the greater Charlotte area. You can count on me to help you and your family find your perfect home in the Carolinas, or to sell your current property for top dollar. My reputation is built on my exceptional attention-to-detail, in-depth market knowledge, and calm demeanor, providing my clients with confidence throughout the often stressful processes of buying or selling. I was born and raised in Fort Atkinson, WI, and pursued my education at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Following college, I obtained my real estate license in WI and worked alongside an established Realtor® as their licensed assistant and buyer’s agent, gaining valuable insights into all facets of the real estate business. After four years in that role, I explored other industries, finding success in recruiting and healthcare sales before returning to real estate upon relocating to Charlotte, NC.

 

My passion lies in building strong relationships and friendships with my clients, whether they are buyers, sellers, renters, or investors. I prioritize advocating for their needs, always putting their wants first. Employing a solution-based approach, I help clients maximize their real estate investments by matching them with properties that perfectly suit their individual lifestyles.

 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy interior design, golfing, days at the lake, and traveling. I cherish moments with my husband, our daughter and our golden retrievers. Having experienced a cross-country relocation to the Charlotte area, I'm well-equipped to educate you on local attractions, restaurants, parks, museums, golf courses, and the best shops and boutiques!
