About Me

Hi, I’m Erica Johnson, a licensed REALTOR® in North Carolina and South Carolina, proudly serving the greater Charlotte area and surrounding communities. I help families buy and sell homes in Charlotte, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, Tega Cay, and nearby suburbs with less stress and strategy.

My clients know me for my attention to detail, calm approach, and deep knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market, especially when things feel overwhelming.
 

I was born and raised in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. I began my real estate career in Wisconsin, working closely with an established REALTOR® as a licensed assistant and buyer’s agent. That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in contracts, negotiations, and client care. After gaining experience in recruiting and healthcare sales, I returned to real estate after relocating to Charlotte, NC. I haven’t looked back! 
 

Today, I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and relocation clients navigate the Charlotte and South Carolina border markets. I take a solution-based approach, focusing on what matters most to you - your lifestyle, your budget, and your long-term goals. I don’t believe in pressure or shortcuts. I believe in doing things the right way and guiding my clients every step of the way.
 

Outside of real estate, I love interior design, golfing, lake days, and traveling. Most of all, I enjoy time with my husband, our daughter, our son, and our golden retrievers. Having personally relocated to the Charlotte area, I’m happy to share local insight on neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, parks, golf courses, and family-friendly communities, the things you won’t find on Google.
